3. How We Use Your Information

3.1 Service Provision

3.2 AI Processing and Enhancement

  • Process companion chat conversations through third-party AI providers to deliver intelligent responses
  • We do NOT allow third-party AI providers to use your data for model training or improvement. All AI processing is done via API with strict no-training agreements
  • Analyze patterns in your activities to provide personalized insights
  • Process voice and text input to understand your intentions and goals
  • Generate metadata and suggestions to enhance your productivity workflow
  • Improve our AI algorithms and service quality (with anonymized data)

5. AI Integration Disclosure

Seirichi's AI integration features, including the embedded AI terminal and companion tools, are automated and are not operated by humans. These features are designed to provide productivity guidance, task management support, and organizational assistance.

  • Not a Licensed Professional: The companion is not a therapist, counselor, medical professional, or licensed advisor
  • Productivity Focus: Designed for productivity guidance, not mental health treatment or medical advice
  • Periodic Reminders: The app will periodically remind you that you are conversing with AI
  • Seek Professional Help: For mental health concerns, medical issues, or professional advice, please consult qualified professionals

6. Data Security

We implement comprehensive security measures to protect your personal and productivity data:

8. Data Retention

We retain your personal and productivity data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide our services. When you delete your account, we will permanently delete your cloud-synced data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain certain information for legal, regulatory, or security purposes. Anonymized usage data may be retained for service improvement purposes.

  • Local Device Data — Data stored in local SQLite databases on your desktop or mobile device is under your control and can be deleted at any time by removing the application or its data files
  • Cloud-Synced Data — Data synchronized to our cloud services is deleted within 30 days of account deletion
  • Collaborative Space Content — Messages and shared content in collaborative spaces may be retained as long as the space remains active for other participants, even after you leave the space

9. Children's Privacy

Our service is not directed to children under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18. If you are a parent or guardian and believe that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately, and we will take steps to remove such information from our systems.

10. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or for other operational, legal, or regulatory reasons.
